How do I delete my account?

Email us with subject "Account Deletion Request." Personal data is removed within 30 days. Scientific observations remain in anonymized form as they belong to BluTally.

Is BluTally free to use?

Yes, completely free. No in-app purchases or subscriptions. Accounts are admin-approved to ensure data quality.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Data is stored locally on your device and syncs automatically when you return to connectivity — ideal for remote field sites.

How is my data used?

Scientific observations contribute to BluTally's ecosystem research database. Personal data is used only for authentication and support. See our Privacy Policy.

Which languages are supported?

English, Sinhala (සිංහල), and Tamil (தமிழ்). Switch language anytime from the app's settings menu.

How do I access my data?

All submissions are viewable in the app's Data section. You can export as CSV. For a full data export, contact us.
